CHALLENGE

After going down the DIY route in the first few years of business, Ben from MUMA Health approached me looking for a refresh of their e-commerce store. Despite successful media channels, and a loyal following, he knew the website wasn't representing their product line and brand as best as it could.

OPPORTUNITY

Creating an cleaner design enabled the products to be front and centre and consistently reflects the brand identity raving fans know and love across their social media channels. By incorporating professional photography, customer reviews, whilst ensuring the customer journey was a quick and easy as possible, has resulted in increased visitors and customers. By implementing the blog, this will enable the MUMA Health team to share new products, advice and provide value to potential customers further elevating their brand within the health and wellness community.
